We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

PLENTIFILM acts as a platform for filmmakers to showcase their work. We do not claim ownership of submitted films, but require specific licenses to operate our service.
Content Review: We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submitted content at our sole discretion, without liability.
No Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submission to PLENTIFILM does not entitle you to compensation, revenue sharing, or any payment.
DMCA Compliance: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Copyright infringement claims should be sent to our designated agent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLENTIFILM shall not be liable for:

Mediation: Before initiating any legal action, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation in Hamilton, Ontario.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Hamilton, Ontario, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Creator Removal Requests: Content creators may request removal of their films by contacting us at content-removal@plentifilmcinema.com. We will process removal requests within 30 days.
PLENTIFILM Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content that:
Archival Copies: We may retain archival copies of removed content for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
